This presentation affirmed some things I already knew about RTII but I now have a better understanding of how PA's framework is set up and how it compares to a few others. I loved hearing that Tier 1 is standards aligned instruction for ALL students and this is where classroom instruction plays a key role; that good teaching matters and early intervention is very effective. Do you find this valuable?
